Each morning you can fuel up for a day on the slopes at the extensive breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury options available. Often including pastries, breads, seasonal fruit, homemade jams and preserves, alpine yogurt, eggs and bacon.
When you return from an active day on the slopes, a four-course evening meal is served in the cosy restaurant. The seasonal menu often includes local produce from the Trentino region and has a focus on regional cuisine. The hotel has a wonderful wine cellar with some excellent bottles from the Trentino region – ask the sommeliers for their recommendation of the wines which pair best with your meal.
Before and after dinner enjoy a drink in the Caruso lounge bar, choose from regional wines, cocktails or a digestif (pay locally).
