All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with hot plates and fridge, bathroom with WC, TV, and a balcony or terrace. For Type C and larger the kitchette also has a mini-oven and dishwasher.

Type A studios - sleep 2: have a living/dining area with two single sofa beds.
Type B studios - sleep 2-3: have a living/dining area with two single sofa beds and a pull out bed.
Type C studios - sleep 2-4: have a living area with 2 single sofa beds, a movable partition and dining area with 2 single beds.
Type D apartments - sleep 2-5: have a living/dining area with two single sofa beds and a bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed.
Type E apartments - sleep 2-6: have a living area with 2 single sofa beds, a movable partition and dining area with 2 single beds, a separate bedroom with two single beds and an additional bath or shower room in some apartments.

The "Comfort +" formula is available for a supplement and includes beds made upon arrival, two sets of towels per person, cleaning kit and end of week clean (excluding kitchen area). If taking this extra, every person within the apartment must book.
