Plagne 1800 In normal snow conditions intermediate skiers can enjoy almost doorstep skiing – 70 metres (approx) walk along the track in front of the chalet and through the trees is a blue run (Les Mines) straight into La Plagne 1800. Returning after a good day’s skiing is just as convenient – guests can ski almost to the doorstep along a snowy path.

A traditional wooden chalet with superb access to the skiing makes this a favourite of many. A large, simply furnished open-plan living/dining area with sofas around a stone fireplace gives chalet Fend L’Air a warm, homely feel. A balcony with magnificent views of the Tarentaise valley runs the length of the chalet.
