The Cachat is one of Chamonixs classic traditional buildings, full of characterful furnishings to retain its Savoyard ambience and the luonge/dining room is delighfully rustic, with an open log fire. For your additional comfort, a number of enhancements are planned over the summer including reducing guest capacity has been reduced by tunerning a former bedroom into a cosy home-cinema room where you can relax and watch your favourite DVDs, and adding an outdoor hot-tub on the front patio, complete with Mont Blanc views!

The Cachat is ideally placed just opposite one of the main nursery slopes, and it is a short stroll or ‘skate’ over this ski-meadow to the Savoy téléski, which whisks you up to the Brévent télécabine for access to the whole of the Brévent and Flégère ski areas. Exploring Chamonix other ski areas is also straighforward, as there is a ski bus stop just 50 metres from the chalet.
Chamonix resort centre is a short stroll and offers all the après ski any skier or boarder could wish for!
