Hi Claire,
 

Just to let you know that our group trip to Saas Fee last week was a huge success. The flights and transfers went well. We were absolutely delighted with the hotel and especially the hospitality shown by the staff. They were exceptionally attentive to our needs, nothing was too much bother and the quality of the food was just 1st class! We couldn’t rate the overall holiday high enough.

Thanks to you Claire for helping arrange this and for all your hard work – it really was much appreciated.

I think Davie will be in touch with you soon to discuss some options for our 2010/11 trip.

Thanks again Claire and no doubt I’ll speak to you at some point in the future.
